Below you will find the answers to hopefully all questions that may arise when placing an order with us.

When you order a product from us, it also means that you have accepted and approved the below rules and terms of purchase.

ORDER

When you have placed your order with us, you will receive an order confirmation to the e-mail you have specified. In the order confirmation, you will also receive an order number that you can refer to in case of questions or contact with us regarding your order. You must be 18 years of age to shop at 5vemore.com. If you are under 18 years of age, you must always have a guardian's permission to place an order.

 

PAYMENT AND PRICES

All prices are current and may change in the future. The individual and current total price for your order is summed up at checkout, including any charges for shipping and payment, as well as VAT.

We use the payment solutions Klarna and Swish.

Card payment
Pay with Visa or Mastercard! The amount is deducted from the card on the day the order is placed.

Clear invoice with a 30-day payment deadline
If you choose to pay by invoice, you will receive an invoice via e-mail when the package is sent from us. The invoice is paid within 14 days.

Klarna installment payment
Split the payment and pay at your own pace with Klarna. You must be 18 years old to pay with Klarna.

SHIPPING/ DELIVERY

We always offer free shipping on orders from SEK 500 and when you pick up your goods directly from the 5VE MORE express shop at Cafe Vrå in Högevall in Lund. Our deliveries are handled by PostNord, which ensures that your goods arrive safely and securely. We ship every weekday and orders received before 12 noon are shipped the same day.

You can choose one of the following delivery methods that PostNord offers:

PostNord Home delivery Bill of lading 1st class
Delivery time: 1 weekday*.
The package is delivered to your mailbox or door. If the package does not fit in the mailbox, it will be delivered to your door or in a bag outside the mailbox. You will be notified via the PostNord App and via SMS/email with a tracking number. You will also be notified when delivery to the door or in a bag on the box has been made. If the package cannot be delivered either in the mailbox, at the door or in a bag, you can collect it from an agent. Minimum 150 grams - maximum 2 kg.
*To some areas, delivery takes 2 days.

PostNord Home Delivery Bill of Lading Economy
Delivery time: within 4 working days*
The package is delivered to your mailbox or door. If the package does not fit in the mailbox, it will be delivered to your door or in a bag outside the mailbox. You will be notified via the PostNord App and via SMS/email with a tracking number. You will also be notified when delivery to the door or in a bag on the box has been made. If the package cannot be delivered either in the mailbox, at the door or in a bag, you can collect it from an agent. Minimum 150 grams - maximum 2 kg.
All Domestic Domestic Bills of Lading are climate-compensated, which means that PostNord compensates for the climate by investing the uncut compensation in renewable energy production in developing countries.

PostNord Hemeleverans MyPack Home
Delivery time: 1 day, 6 days a week*.
The package is delivered to your home day or evening.
You will be notified in the PostNord App and via SMS/email with a suggested delivery date and time. There is always the possibility to customize your delivery. For example, you can choose a different date/time, personal delivery at the door or to pick up your package at one of PostNord's service points.
For home delivery, you can follow your package in real time using a map, ETA and number of stops ahead of you.
Minimum 150 grams - maximum 35 kg.
*To some areas, delivery takes 2 days. Saturday deliveries are not available to all areas.

PostNord MyPack Collect Agent
Delivery time: 1 weekday* **
Collect from an agent or in a parcel box.
The package is delivered to your choice of agent or parcel box.

Agent: If you do not make a choice, the package will be sent to the agent closest to your address. You will be notified via the PostNord App and via SMS/email.

Parcel box: You open your box with secure identification, via the PostNord App and Mobile BankID. You will be notified via the PostNord App and via SMS/email.
Weight: minimum 150 grams - maximum 20 kg.
Maximum dimensions: length 1.50 m, length + circumference = 3 m
Minimum dimensions: length 140 mm, width 90 mm, height 15 mm

*Saturday delivery to 2 million households in Sweden. PostNord delivers Mon–Fri throughout the country.

PostNord Parcel
To your company
Delivery time: 1 weekday*.
The package is delivered between 7am and 6pm.
Delivery to specified business address.

Track your package?
You will receive an SMS/email with a tracking link when your package has been sent from us. There you can easily follow your shipment. To be able to follow your delivery more easily, we recommend that you download the app "My Packages" from Unifaun on the App Store or Google Play. You can also track your delivery via the PostNord App, which can be downloaded from the App Store or Google Play.

In case of damaged packaging/goods: Take a picture of the package and also ask the driver to note the damage(s).

Please choose proxy delivery if you are unable to be at home during the day.

THE EXCHANGE

You have 30 days right of exchange on 5VE MORE. This applies from the day you received your package. All goods that are returned should be unused and packed in original packaging with any brand tags and the like remaining. An item that is missing its original packaging is considered used and then an open purchase does not apply. Use the packaging/bag in which you received the product to return your product(s). Do not stick anything on the original box. Returns must be sent as a letter or package, not cash on delivery. When exchanging, you yourself have to pay for the return shipping of SEK 99. Do you want to exchange an item? Follow these steps:
1. Send an email to info@5vemore.com with your order number and which product you want to switch to so we can put it away for you.

2. We use the return method PostNord Return Drop Off. This means that you will receive a QR code via SMS and/or email. You take the package and the QR code to any PostNord service point (only PostNord agents will accept the return). You show the QR code to the PostNord agent and it works as a valid shipping document. So you don't have to deal with return slips or shipping documents.

3. When we have received the old product and approved it, we will send the product you want to exchange for. Note that you as a customer have the financial responsibility for your return reaching us.

RETURN (OPEN PURCHASE)

We of course hope that you will be satisfied with your purchase, but in the unlikely event that you regret it, you have 14-day right of withdrawal within Sweden according to the Act on distance contracts and contracts outside business premises . This applies from the day you received the product.

In order to make use of the right of withdrawal and for us to approve the return, the item must be in new condition packaged in its original packaging, that is, in the same condition as when we sent it. Any product tags and size tags must be attached in order for us to approve the return.

All goods that are returned should be unused and packed in original packaging with any brand tags and the like still on the garment. Feel free to use the packaging/bag in which you received the product to return your product(s). Do not stick anything on the original box.

After we receive the item back, reimbursement will be made within a maximum of 14 days. Note that you as a customer have the financial responsibility for your return reaching us. When you return an item, you are responsible for the return shipping. Return shipping costs SEK 99 and will be deducted from the refund.

Do you want to use the right of cancellation and return an item? Follow these steps:
1. Send an email to info@5vemore.com with your order number and which product you want to return.

COMPLAINT

If you discover a fault with the product and want to complain about it, contact us at info@5vemore.com immediately before sending it back. Enter the order and article number so that we can help you quickly.
